Recipes
TSC Classic Martini
2oz TSC London Dry Gin 1/8 oz Noilly Prat Dry vermouth
Directions:
Combine all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir ice cold and strain to a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with an olive or two.
TSC Summer Martini
2oz TSC London Dry Gin Noilly Prat Dry vermouth, to rinse glass 1 dash Orange bitters
Directions:
Rince a cold martini or coupe glass with dry vermouth and set aside. Combine all other ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir ice cold and strain. Express lemon peel over the top of the finished cocktail and Garnish with a small lemon twist.
Corpse Reviver #2
1 oz Still Co. Blue Gin ¾ oz Lillet Blanc ¾ oz Cointreau ¾ oz Lemon Syrup ¼ oz simple syrup Absinthe, to rinse the glass
Directions:
Rinse a martini or coupe glass with the absinthe and set aside
Combine all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Strain to glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Pegu Club
2 oz Still Co. London Dry Gin ¾ oz Dry Curacao ¾ oz Lime Juice 1 dash Angostura Bitters 1 dash Orange Bitters
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain to a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lime peel.
Shiraz Gin Negroni
1 ½ oz The Still Co. Shiraz Gin 1 oz Campari 1 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir briefly and strain to an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel
The Still Co. Red Night Cocktail
1 ½ oz The Still Co. Shiraz Gin 3 oz Long Rays Dark Soda ¼ oz Simple syrup ½ oz fresh lime juice
Directions:
Add Shiraz Gin, Simple syrup and lime juice in an ice filled rocks glass. Top with Long Rays Dark soda, mix gently and garnish with a wheel of lime.
French 75
2 oz The Still Co. Blue Gin ½ oz Lemon Juice ¼ oz simple syrup 3 oz sparkling wine (dry Champagne is best)
Directions:
Add Gin, Lemon juice and Simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe or flute and top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel.
Blue Flower Gin Daisy
1 1/2 oz The Still Co. Blue Gin ½ oz Grenadine ½ oz Lemon Juice ¼ oz Simple syrup Soda water to top
Directions:
Add Gin, Grenadine, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks or collins glass and top with Soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
